Get AttributeListener

This use case is intended to retrieve an Attribute Listener by its id.

Parameter

• The unique id identifying the Attribute Listener.

On Success

• Returns the LocalAttributeListener that corresponds to the id.

On Failure

• There is no such Attribute Listener.
